The total pressure becomes 410 mm Hg if the mole fractions are changed to 0.2 and 0.8 respectively for A and B. The vapour pressure of pure A is ‾\underline{\hspace{2cm}}​ mm Hg.   1. Use Raoult’s law for an ideal binary solution

For liquids AAA and BBB behaving ideally,

  • xA,xBx_A, x_BxA​,xB​ are mole fractions in liquid phase
