    (vi) SO42−\mathrm{SO}_4^{2-}SO42−​

    Sulfate generally acts as a polyatomic ligand through oxygen atoms; it is not treated as a standard ambidentate ligand in this context.

    So, SO42−\mathrm{SO}_4^{2-}SO42−​ is not ambidentate.

    (vii) H2O\mathrm{H}_2\mathrm{O}H2​O

    Water coordinates through oxygen only.
