Correct answer: B

  1. Let the equilibrium be written as:

A⇌BA \rightleftharpoons BA⇌B

Since no coefficients are given, the equilibrium constant is

K=[B][A]K = \frac{[B]}{[A]}K=[A][B]

  1. From the figure, count the particles at equilibrium:
  • Squares represent AAA
  • Circles represent BBB

From the diagram:

  • Number of AAA particles =4= 4=4
  • Number of BBB particles =8= 8=8
  1. Therefore,

K=[B][A]=84=2K = \frac{[B]}{[A]} = \frac{8}{4} = 2K=[A][B]=48=2

  1. Hence, the correct option is:

2\boxed{2}2

So, option B is correct.
