A peptide synthesized by the reactions of one molecule each of Glycine, Leucine, Aspartic acid and Histidine will have ‾\underline{\hspace{2cm}}​ peptide linkages.

  3. Here, the peptide is synthesized from one molecule each of:

  • Glycine
  • Leucine
  • Aspartic acid
  • Histidine

So total number of amino acid molecules is: n=4n=4n=4

  1. Therefore, number of peptide linkages is: 4−1=34-1=34−1=3

  2. Hence, the peptide will have: 3\boxed{3}3​ peptide linkages.
