We know,

$${{{E_0}} \over {{B_0}}}$$ (in vacuum) = c

$\therefore$ $${{{B_0}} \over {{E_0}}} = {1 \over c}$$

or, $${{{B_0}} \over {{E_0}}} = \sqrt {{\mu _0}{\varepsilon _0}} $$
