$${K_c} = {{{{[{O_3}]}^2}} \over {{{[{O_2}]}^3}}}$$

$${[{O_3}]^2} = {K_c}{[{O_2}]^3} = 3 \times {10^{ - 59}} \times {(0.04)^3}$$

$${[{O_3}]^2} = 1.9 \times {10^{ - 63}} = 19 \times {10^{ - 64}}$$
